Health Challenge Day Four: Drink Water
The Interview Girl Foundation has created CHALLENGES for you to get you excited about our upcoming products that will be released soon.
This is Day Four of our five day HEALTH CHALLENGE. Today’s challenge is for you to drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water today and to then try and drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water every day for the rest of the month. We suggest that you carry a water bottle everywhere with you as a reminder to keep drinking. Drinking water throughout the day allows you to stay refreshed and alert and it helps maintain the balance of body fluids. There are literally hundreds of benefits to drinking more water. Today’s challenge is for you to drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water.
